Brad Blazar's private, one-on-one advisory for serious capital raisers, fund managers, sponsors and operators. Direct access to his strategy, his thinking, and decades of doing this at the highest level.
The Boardroom takes 25 operators per year. When those seats are gone, the next opening is twelve months away.
25 seats per year. Applications reviewed within 48 hours.
This is for the operator who:
Has already closed investors and has a track record behind them
Is wanting to raise $10M or more over the next 12 months
Understands SEC structure, knows what a 506(c) and 506(b) are and aren't starting from scratch
Has hit a ceiling in their raise and knows the bottleneck is no longer knowledge
Wants to work directly with me, not with a coach who learned from my playbooks
You have been in this long enough to know the difference between someone who teaches capital raising and someone who has done it at scale.
You have closed investors.
You can run a pitch meeting.
You know how to build a deck that holds up in front of a sophisticated audience.
You understand the structure of your raise.
And your raise is still not where it needs to be.
The reason is not your deal and not your pitch either. At the level you are operating at now, the ceiling you have hit comes down to one thing: the people you need to get in front of are not accessible through the channels you have been using. The warm network has run its course. Your existing contacts are allocated, committed, or too small for what you are building now. Cold outreach to family offices goes nowhere without a relationship already on the other side.
Courses and programs give you frameworks. Frameworks do not open doors. What breaks through that wall is direct access to someone who has spent more than a decade building the relationships, refining the strategy, and sitting in the rooms where capital actually moves, and who can work with you one-on-one to apply that directly to your situation.

Chris Messier flew from Massachusetts to Miami to attend one of my bootcamps in June 2023. At the end of Day Two, he walked to the front of the room and signed up for my Capital School Elite program. He was a private lender with one partner. No established fund structure and no legal framework for raising outside capital.
After working with me directly:
Established a 506(c) fund
Raised $6 to $8 million in capital from high-earning professionals
Brokered over $125 million in loans
Built a team of four
Developed a targeted investor marketing strategy
Expanded his network into rooms with RIAs, ultra-high net worth individuals, and professional athletes
Chris did not get those results from a framework. He got them because he worked directly with someone who had already solved every problem he was going to face, before he faced it.
I started raising capital at 23. I built a company in oil and gas from the ground up, watched the Tax Reform Act and collapsing prices shut it down in the late 1980s, and kept going. Having raised in excess of $2 Billion dollars, today I mentor others around the world as part of a global coaching business on how to raise funds from high net worth investors to build, buy, and scale a business - or fund a special project like real estate.
I have closed the largest mega-million dollar transactions for multiple leading real estate companies - $9M, $7.5M, $5M for SmartStop Self Storage, and $11M for USAllianz.
Capital raising is a relationship business. Relationships cannot be replicated from a course. They are built over time, in rooms, through decades of showing up and delivering.

The Boardroom is my private, direct-access advisory for 25 operators per year. Every session is with me. There is no curriculum to work through at your own pace. No certified coaches are facilitating your calls. There is no group call you can join alongside 40 other people.
Just you, your deal, and four decades of me knowing exactly what works and what does not.
Each session is one-on-one with me directly. Sessions are built around your deal, your raise timeline, your specific gaps. No fixed curriculum. We go where your raise needs us to go.
Every session continues with me directly for the full 12-month engagement. Your strategy gets adjusted in real time as your deal and conversations evolve.
I go through your pitch the way a real investor would. I tell you what you will lose in the room before your second slide. I tell you which investor profile fits your structure and which ones do not.
When you are ready, I will open doors into my network of HNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs. These are relationships built over four decades, not a database purchased online.
From my personal rolodex, maintained over decades of real relationships.
At no additional cost.
Miami, Nashville, Austin, and beyond. You attend as a Boardroom member, not a ticket buyer.
Results: $6–8M raised | $125M+ in loans brokered | Team of four built

Most advisors at this level charge by the hour. A seasoned capital-raising consultant with a verified track record bills $1,000 to $2,500 per hour.
An attorney reviewing your investor materials runs $5,000 to $15,000 per engagement.
Access to a verified family office network of 350+ contacts does not have a published price because it is not available for purchase anywhere else.
Weekly group calls, playbooks, training library, community
Certified coaches lead your sessions. Brad appears once monthly.
Direct. One-on-one. Brad, not a proxy. Six sessions in 90 days, monthly after.
Full done-for-you execution: deck, legal, CRM, investor funnels.
The Boardroom is limited to 25 operators per year. This is not a marketing device. Direct one-on-one access to me at the level the Boardroom provides cannot scale beyond that number without compromising what each member receives.
When I give you my time, I give you my full attention on your deal. That requires a hard limit on how many people I work with this way.
When a seat opens, it opens once. When 25 are filled, the Boardroom closes until the following year.
12-Month Advisory
I have spent 40 years building the right rooms, and now I am opening the door for 25 operators a year. Decide if you are one of them.
Application reviewed within 48 hours. Strategy call to confirm fit. 25 seats available annually.
The Boardroom is a direct advisory engagement. I am not working through a curriculum with you. I am applying 40 years of experience and a real network to your specific deal, your specific raise, and your specific gaps. The output is different because the nature of the relationship is different.
You should already have a foundation in place: you understand the legal structure of your raise, you have a pitch, and you have some track record. If you are still building that foundation, the Vault or Certified Coach Mentorship is the right starting point. The Boardroom is for the operator who is past that stage.
Sessions are scheduled across your first 90 days at a cadence that fits your raise timeline. Each session is one-on-one with me, focused on wherever your deal actually is at that moment. No fixed agenda. We go where the raise needs us to go.
The Boardroom is a 12-month engagement: six sessions in the first 90 days, then monthly after that. This is not a subscription. It is a 12-month commitment because meaningful progress in a capital raise takes time to build and time to close, and I am not interested in starting a relationship with an operator and not seeing it through.
Yes. My programs have members in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other markets. Events are held in the US. Travel and accommodation are the member's responsibility. Access to everything inside the Boardroom is not geography-dependent.
